Lumber prices go both up and down. Our pricing reflects the prices at the time of estimate only. If your project is delayed, lumber prices will have fallen or risen, get rebids, as necessary.

We use an "allowance price" on more product-variable items. This is a very good budget number to use as a "middle of the road" cost. Front Range uses this on exterior doors, as we (and probably you) do not know the exact style you'll use. We can provide an exact quote upon discovery of these details.
